INFORMATION ON DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE
Currently, we offer shipment of our products outside of Singapore, including to countries outside of Asia such as Australia and the United States of America, subject to a minimal order quantity based on the shipping charges and whether shipment to your country is possible via our current delivery network.
HOW TO ORDER
Please e-mail the products that you require and your address to admin@lamande.com.sg. We will then informed you of the availability and total cost of the items and confirm if we are able to ship items to your country. Our aim to ensure that you feel happy and secure that you have placed an order with us by keeping you informed each step of the way.
SHIPMENT
Deliveries outside of Singapore will be based on the prevailing rules and regulations of the country to which the goods are to be delivered to and charged according to the prevailing shipment rates. Once the quantity of goods is confirmed, we will inform you of the shipping charges. We will source of the most cost efficient and quickest method to ship our products to you. Depending on the mode of transportation, delivery times may vary. Please note that some deliveries will require a signature.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Payment is to be made via Bank Transfer. We will inform you via email of the account name and bank account to pay to. We regret that we are unable to cancel your order once the order is processed.

Your privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to maintaining and using your information responsibly. When you make a purchase, we collect your full name, shipment address, telephone number and e-mail address. Since payment is made directly into our bank account, no credit card information is collected. Please note that your e-mail address will automatically go into our mailing list which we may from time to time inform customers of any new products and/or promotions. We do not sell any of your information to third parties.
